Matt is an engineer by trade with 20+ years' experience behind him, his key focus is the day to day running of the business. He has an extensive mechanical knowledge and understanding of machine operating systems and capabilities, which puts him in a great position to assist customers in all aspects and get the most out of their machines. Matt and wife Gemma live on a lifestyle block with their three boys which keeps him very busy, and he also enjoys imparting his rugby skills coaching his sons' teams, and out on the boat fishing when the weather allows.

Nick has been a part of PMT’s sister company Roadrunner for over 20 years starting back in 2003 when his apprenticeship began. Outside of the workshop Nick appreciates spending time at home with his wife Bec’s and four children, he is also an avid hunter-gatherer and gets out to enjoy the bush and ocean whenever he can.

Andrew brings over five years of hands-on experience operating waterjet machines. Having worked closely with the equipment day in and day out, he has developed a deep understanding of how they run and what it takes to keep them performing at their best. With a practical, no-nonsense approach, Andrew focuses on finding straightforward solutions, whether it's routine maintenance or tracking down an issue to minimise downtime.

Before joining PMT, he worked as a storeman across a range of industries, from food distribution to stainless-steel engineering, building a strong work ethic and attention to detail along the way. Andrew is reliable, easy to work with, and takes pride in doing the job properly.

Raquel keeps PMT running smoothly behind the scenes. With nearly a decade of administration experience in the engineering sector, she brings a sharp eye for detail and a strong understanding of the accuracy required in specialised manufacturing. Handling everything from general enquiries to accounts, Raquel is often the first point of contact at PMT and is always ready to guide customers in the right direction. Based in Feilding with the love of her life, Lexi the Pomeranian, along with her husband and teenage sons.

Precision Machine Technology (PMT) is the sole authorised supplier of OMAX Abrasive Waterjet Systems in New Zealand. PMT, formally part of Roadrunner Manufacturing (NZ) Ltd, was established in early 2024 as part of a focus on expanding their equipment supply division.
