Small Diameter Batch Cutting
Designed for batch processing of small-diameter tubes under 100 mm, this machine supports round, square, and rectangular tubes, enabling efficient, high-volume production.
Side-Mounted Bed Design
The side-mounted welded bed enhances machine stability and load-bearing capacity while improving vibration damping. It undergoes strict processing to ensure long-term operation without deformation or structural damage.
Follow-Up Support System
Automatically adjusts to follow the tube’s rotation and vertical movement during cutting, effectively preventing sagging and improving the stability and consistency of both piercing and cutting.

The nesting software supports both single-part and multi-part nesting to maximise material utilisation.
Special Edge Sharing
The software performs edge-sharing on parts after weld seam compensation and supports island edge-sharing for identical or different parts. This reduces the number of cuts while saving time and material.
Fast Import
The software automatically recognises the extrusion direction of IGS files and supports batch import of multiple IGS files with different cross-sections. It also allows assembly file import, significantly improving file processing efficiency.
Drawing Processing
To address common tube cutting challenges such as piercing accuracy and interference prevention in tube assemblies, the software provides various graphical processing tools. Its simple and flexible workflow greatly reduces drawing preparation time.
Automatic Sorting
Idle travel paths for all tubes, including profiles, can be automatically optimised. For rectangular and round tubes, two sorting strategies—face-based sorting and loop-based sorting—are available to generate more efficient cutting paths.
Profiles Processing
Supports toolpath extraction and editing for profiles such as H beams, U beams, and L beams. Edge-sharing nesting for profiles is also supported, significantly expanding the machine’s processing capabilities.
Parts Design
The software includes built-in 3D drawing functions, allowing users without prior 3D modelling experience to quickly create designs. Operations such as extrusion, punching, cutting, and V-grooving can be performed easily.
Nesting Report
Generates a clear and concise nesting report, making it easy for operators to follow and execute the cutting process.
