Using a press-down arm and 13-axis concurrent linkage, the panel bender precisely bends thin (1.5–2.5 mm) and large metal sheets up to 3200 mm in length. With universal bending tools, it can perform up and down bends, right and non-right angles, arcs, and other complex shapes.
Press-down Arm Flexible Panel Bender for Large Thin Plates
Equipped with a press-down arm and multi-axis linkage technology, this panel bender is ideal for bending thin sheets and large workpieces. It supports automated batch bending, enabling efficient and consistent production of the same part.
High-Stability Machine and Press-Down Arm Feeding System
The machine frame features a mortise-and-tenon structure with stable triangular connections. Key components are manufactured from 80 mm steel plates, ensuring excellent stability during high-tonnage bending. The press-down arm feeding system can handle perforated, embossed, or irregular sheets, providing broad adaptability while minimising surface damage.
Universal Bending Dies for Multi-Shape Capability
High-strength alloy steel dies support up-bending, down-bending, flattening, curved, return, and closed bending operations. Complex shapes can be produced without frequent die changes.
Integrated Auxiliary Equipment for Greater Flexibility
Optional auxiliary dies and an automatic die-changing system expand the bending range and processing capabilities, improving machine versatility and productivity.
23-Axis Concurrent Linkage (Optional)
Includes an automatic tool changer with upper and lower auxiliary dies for enhanced capability.
19-Axis Concurrent Linkage (Optional)
Equipped with hinge tools and upper and lower auxiliary dies to support additional bending requirements.
Significantly Improved Bending Efficiency
Bending speed reaches 0.2 seconds per stroke—around three times faster than traditional CNC press brakes—making it well suited for high-volume, continuous production.
High Consistency and Precision
Multi-axis linkage and a uniform force design ensure consistent bending angles and dimensions across every part, maintaining stable product quality.
Full Automation and Safety
The entire process—from feeding and positioning to bending—is fully automated, reducing operator intervention, minimising risk, and lowering labour intensity.
Self-Diagnostic System and Expandable Interfaces
An automatic fault diagnosis system helps reduce downtime, while preconfigured robot-feeding interfaces allow easy integration into automated production lines.
Intelligent interconnection
Reserved robot and truss expansion interfaces allow for automated loading and unloading, enabling fully automated bending and material handling throughout the process.
