Features
The CVL1000PT is a heavy-duty vacuum lifter purpose-built for crane and jib applications in demanding industrial settings. With a 1000kg lifting capacity and 90-degree power tilt, this compressed-air unit is ideal for safely handling large, heavy materials with precision and ease. It features six Vaclift Hi Vac pads designed to perform in abrasive environments like waterjet cutting and garnet blasting, with each pad independently adjustable and isolated for flexible handling. Quick-change stainless latches and dual spreader bars allow for efficient repositioning to suit a range of tasks. Complete with audible and visual alarms, protective slide-on legs, and a tough powder-coated and zinc finish, the CVL1000PT meets both Australian and USA safety standards. Supplied with a 12V charger and full operational guidance for long-term use.
