Features
The FVL500NT is a heavy-duty, self-contained vacuum lifter designed for forklift or crane use. With a 500kg lift capacity and non-tilt operation, it’s built for safely handling non-porous materials like stone, metal, and glass, without the need for external air or power. Fitted with four Vaclift Hi Vac pads, developed to perform in abrasive workshop environments, each pad is independently isolated and adjustable along the 2280mm main bar. Pads can also be rotated 90°, with stainless steel latches for quick changes. Includes rechargeable battery system, pendant control, alarms, and drop-down legs for pad protection. Forklift tine pockets with screw locks allow fast attachment. Complies with Australian, NZ, and USA safety standards.
