Description

Synchronous Control System
Equipped with a dual linear scale closed-loop feedback system, it continuously monitors ram position to significantly improve synchronization accuracy and structural stability. Consistent precision is maintained during long-term operation, effectively compensating for accuracy loss caused by guideway wear.
Deflection Compensation Worktable
Special heat-treated wedge blocks are used to compensate for beam deformation under load. The CNC system calculates the required compensation based on bending force and automatically controls wedge block movement, precisely counteracting upper and lower beam deflection.
High-Precision Bending
Achieved through the intelligent compensation system and servo motor drive, ensuring bending angle deviation is less than ±0.5°, significantly improving bending precision.
